• What are fragrance decants?

Fragrance decants are smaller portions of genuine fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a smaller, travel-friendly atomiser. They allow you to try a fragrance without having to purchase a full bottle.

 • Are your fragrances genuine?

Yes. All fragrances sold by WDecants are genuine. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation fragrances.

• How many sprays are in fragrance decants?

Each millilitre is around 16 sprays, meaning:

1ml = 16 sprays

2ml = 32 sprays 

3ml = 48 sprays

5ml = 80 sprays

10ml = 160 sprays

30ml = 480 sprays

• What sizes do you offer?

We offer a range of sizes, starting from 1ml and going up to 30ml. 1ml,2ml,3ml,5ml,10ml,30ml.

• What bottles do my decants come in?

Your fragrance is carefully transferred into a suitable atomiser designed to make application easy while keeping the fragrance protected.

• How should I store my fragrance?

Keep your fragrance somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. This helps preserve the fragrance over time.

• How do I order?

Simply browse the fragrances available on our website, choose your desired fragrance and size, and add it to your basket. Complete checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.

• How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch times may vary depending on order volume, but we’ll always aim to get your fragrance to you promptly.

• Do you ship across the UK?

Yes, we ship orders across the UK.

• Do you do international shipping ?

We ship anywhere in Europe.

• Can I buy multiple different fragrances?

Absolutely. You can order multiple fragrances and sizes in the same order, making it easy to build your own fragrance collection or try several scents at once.

• Can I request a fragrance that isn’t listed?

If there’s a particular fragrance you’re looking for that isn’t currently available, feel free to contact us. We may be able to source it or add it to our selection.

• Are decants good for travelling?

Yes. Their smaller size makes them much more convenient for travelling than carrying full-sized fragrance bottles.

• Can I buy decants as a gift?

Yes. Decants can make a great gift for someone who enjoys fragrance, especially if you’re unsure which full-sized bottle they’d prefer.

• What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, ideally with photographs of the packaging and product. We’ll look into the issue and help resolve it.

• What if I receive the wrong fragrance or size?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and we’ll investigate the issue and help put it right.

• Do you offer refunds or returns?
